We strip and check the motor for brush wear etc. We remove the worn bush in the M4 backplate, bore and fit a ball bearing and re-assemble with a new drive pulley (the original M4 drive pulley will not fit with the ball bearing conversion).
Price £59.50 + P&P (Strip/Inspect and perform Ball Bearing Conversion, fit new drive pulley) NB. Replacement of brushes etc. is priced per job, but often the brushes aren’t sufficiently worn to warrant replacement.
